Music Publishing Company

The music publisher “Ediciones La Palmera” was founded in Germany in 1998. It specializes in all genres of music from Latin America and the Caribbean and is particularly active in the tango sector. Some of the songwriters we represent also compose for film productions or in the field of electronic music. Since we also own the recording rights to many of these works, we can license these titles through a one-stop service.

On the administrative side, we collaborate with one of Germany’s largest independent music publishers, Freibank Musikverlag.

Our website is currently being reprogrammed following a hacker attack and will soon once again provide you with information about our composers and authors, as well as their works.

As a sub-publisher, we represent extensive catalogs from publishers with repertoires from Latin America and the Caribbean. These include Lujuria from Spain, Editora Intercontinental (IEMPSA) from Peru, and Blue Simon Music from Guyana.

We have an excellent global infrastructure for managing the rights of other publishers.
