New courses in Cuba!

In the mood for travelling? Our special department “Cuba” can offer you some interesting news.

You will have heard already about our classes of Salsa, Spanish and percussion. Now we are also cooperating with Irma Campos Montes de Oca, an excellent new teacher for Afro-Cuban dances and Cuban folklore. We took classes with Irma ourselves. This is what we do almost every time we look for new teachers. We enjoyed her classes a lot, and if you have already booked a course with us before, you know, that we are quite picky when selecting our teachers.

Something else: A few weeks ago, we started to organise percussion classes with Ruy Lopez and his team. The reactions are terrific.

I can completely recommend him, especially to drummers who want to learn how to transfer traditional Cuban rhythms, which are normally played with percussion instruments, to a drumset. He is a specialist in that, and there are only few of them, as far as I know.”
